Hi! 

I ordered three items from the BiowareStore on Sept 1st and their order statuses state that they have been "paid." Is there any way to get info on wether they have yet shipped or not and maybe what the shipping date has been? I'm an international customer and live in Europe and chose the international snail-mail option.

It probably shipped, they've been having issues sending out tracking or updating status.

The store ships out orders pretty quick in my experience, within a day or the day of the order, so it probably shipped out but since you're in Europe it's taking a while.
