Hi all, I have problem when playing single player and multiplayer, here is the details:

disable upnp and ssdp in services, see if your still getting the lockups, it should clear the problem after restarting the pc (yes this is someone else's fix but i cant find the link to there post)

oh and check your firewall settings because that also plays havoc wiht things as do high contention internet connections and load sharing /data throtteling. and of course origin will be causeing the problem quite often as well
