So when I tried this with friends, our Krogan Vanguard glitched out on Jade and wasn't counted in extraction. The rest of us got out. I got the victory pack but no commendation pack. I'm not sure if we had to get full extraction, but the operation didn't explicitly say so. I don't know if it's worth contacting support.

I got the pack no problem.

I finally got the N7 Crusader this time so I have one of each N7 weapon.
Got a level 4 consumable in the Victory pack so I presume it was supposed to be a consumable upgrade which I'm maxed out on now. The cosumables did come in handy though so it's all good.

Didn't get my comm pack again, Hopefully they're quick about getting it to me like they were last time, I know I completed the challenge because I did it with friends and we were all Geth's.

Got a valiant iv in my com pack. Only did one with all QI (2 male 2 female), the rest I gave up on since the host forgets to set to private before starting and we end up getting screwed by a random pub joining late. And I still get thrown into a gold game in progress even when I specify Bronze in my PuG search.

I got a full extract on a game with 3 Vorchas - no commendation pack here either. First time that has ever happened for me. Did get the Victory Pack, but that's not the one I wanted...
Sucks.

Only had time to play one game this weekend, as there was a big problem with Xbox Live connectivity for those with Time-Warner Cable as ISP. The match I did get into was already on Wave 2, but we were all non-human. Full Extraction did happen. I'm assuming it didn't count because the match was already underway when I joined?

I personally was hoping for a failure only because I wanted to see a lot of atlas pop up on playing reapers with a FQI. Sabatoge the atlas and watch it go to town on those reaper lunkheads. That would have been very entertaining for me at least. As for the success total, that's flipping cutting it close.

And now, a suggestion- if you play as a human soldier, please do not use tones of white or light gray at your armor, OK? You'll look pretty much like a Cerberus trooper. A quick glance may trigger a melee attack, a tech blast or something else if you are too close for confort. No harm will come to the Cerberoid, but a nemesis, a prime or a ravager may hit the silly fooled me...

I sent a ticket and got my pack pretty quick, so I guess we didn't need full extraction after all.

I agree. I don't mind the pack of supplies, but for me it's much more interesting to see how we will get punished for losing. Banshees spawning with geth and Cerberus was evil, cruel and incredibly fun. I can't even attempt platinum, but I wish there was a mode to face all three factions on any difficulty.
