It is nice to see us succeed considering GW2 and BL2 are out.
But more importantly, trying to get a squad of all the same race is tough. Though I've noticed that an all asari group actually was amongst the easiest to win with...vorcha and drell the hardest.
Agreed. I started a Gold/Random/Cerb lobby as a Justicar and another joined, along with 2 AA's. We blew thru the first match with no communication and very little effort in just a few minutes. It was so easy and enjoyable that we did 9 straight matches together. Looking back, I should have raised it to platinum after a few rds. What's more astonishing is noone was disconnected
No friends requests were sent out or received afterwards or during, but for those couple of hrs, it was close to the most enjoyable I've had with this game, especially since I put it down a month ago and picked it up just for this Operation. Thanks to the 3 that helped take down many an Atlas

Disagreed. My worst runs were with a group that wanted to play Asari. I wnet along with it, of course, but I found Krogan to be immensely easier. Turian was pretty easy too. I wanted to play Salarian, but couldn't find a group that would do it.

I tried an Asari match with another 3 players, it went fairly well but one person got insta-killed at about the mid-point of Wave 11. Silly people rushing to the LZ.
Ended up doing it with an all Geth squad. Took my Geth Rifle for a spin (never really used it before then) since I quickly BS-spec'd a Geth engineer (only like 3 ranks each skill) and we passed a Silver Cerberus match handily. Even did it a second time when a new player joined and was already a Geth (we all switched back instantly to help them).

true but i can't help but be skeptical about that number
I don't believe it at all. period. On weekends where eveyrone is playing for lots of hours we fail missions then on weekends after BL2 release we pass? My friends list on these ops used to be running like 30 hours doing objectives for the com goal. at least 50 people all running gold and platinum. plenty of mechs and we would still fail. now all of them moved over to BL2 and we pass??? I played 1 game during this operation for my com pack against ceberus on gold I used to play like 20-30 hours during these ops and we'd still fail.
BW makes up the numbers IMO
No actually we don't. I have no problem letting the challenge be a failure if it failed. We do look at previous events to see what sort of numbers have been happening and set goals from there. Really all events should be possible. A victory this close just means we had decent numbers and set an appropriate goal for you guys
Fair enough. I'm not gonna call you a lair i'll take your word for it. Just saying that to me some of the outcomes feel about as real as a WWE match
or an NFL football game LOL
Lol that was just horrible refs. I mean its a bang bang play and ANYONE coulda made the mistake of calling it a TD. i'm not gonna fault them for that. but how in the hell do you not reverse it on the instant replay when it was a clear INT?????? Thats what instant replay is.

really cause PC only killed like 30k according to BW and like almost 200K for the PS3 and the rest was xbox
There is a difference between 30000 and 200000.

tahst what was posted but i see now that it was a typo and teh PC was at just under 200K (aka Just under pulling its weight)
I do wonder how you know whether any platform was "pulling its weight" in this case. I assume you have detailed statistics on exactly how many people are playing exactly how much on each platform. Or is this a simple assumption that each platform has exactly the same number of people so one contributing more is a matter of slackers on the other two platforms.
Poland really isn't pulling its weight in terms of industry. Just look at China.
thats kind tahe point of a platform not a playerbase pulling its weight. the xbox carries most of the operations anyway. It was more of a snyde comment at all the PC mater race people becuase 200k would have been evenly pulling its weight
People who read way too much into thingst a comment need to relax. Do you do taht in real life conversations too? I bet you don't:whistle:

that whole game was bad calls they called pass interferance multiple times when it was not and missed it when it was this is ruining the integrity of the Game and the NFL needs to do something fast

Also I don't care how many kills each platform had as long as we win. People choose weird friggin things to brag about. :/

Atlas Mechs Destroyed During Operation:

PS3: 82,465

Lmao.
Looks like the XBox playerbase is still running strong!
but uh...whats up with that PC number??
Shouldn't it be 199,153?
I don't know, but I know as a PC player I skip allied operation goals in protest. If I want a JEP, i'll pay the 33k.
seconded.

Oooor maybe its because on PC more people have realized the fact that the victory pack is just an equipment pack you can buy from a store after a bronze match, and the 360 people are just catching on to the fact ;D

As a patriots fan, i have to agree.
Touchdowns are compulsary for review, field goals are optional.
How the hell do you not review that field goal when its that close? ive seen phone videos of the goal from behind the posts, it was NOT a field goal.

I would dearly love for the patch to finally drop that, among whatever other things they have planned to fix, is supposed to fix the glitch that is preventing splash screens from appearing for PS3 users. It's sad to know our contributed numbers aren't necessarily "real" in that the majority of the players don't know about the operations. Stumbling into PUG rooms NOT set specifically for Cerberus this past weekend makes that obvious. I would love to see what our community could do if only it was actually informed. Word of mouth over mics only goes so far...
I has a sad.
I feel your pain. I hosted Unknown/Cerberus/Silver lobbies all weekend because most of the lobbies I joined were not set to Cerberus. Nobody seemed to know there was an operation, how would they without a splash screen informing them?
Right now, lobbies fill quite quickly for me (Silver lobbies anyway), but it's obvious that ME3 MP will die on PS3 first:crying:
