Tested him out just a while ago, was trying to get into a bronze game but got placed in a silver game (this happend 4 games in a row!). He did okay, not great, has decent skills to choose from.

Seriously? You still don't know how the UR system works? No rare card will ever "block" an UR. Each SP and PSP has a given chance of dropping an UR totally independent from the rare-drops. If you get a rare card that just means the UR-check failed and you get a rare instead. Plus, it's only one card. People nowadays just complain about anything I guess...

only problem i have with this is seriously that it should be an exclusive to BF3 owners.
I got NO advantage to this only Disadvantage because i already had the BF3 Soldier now there is one more thing completed in my manifest meaning that the chances of getting lvl 4 ammo increase as well.
Would have preferred a guaranteed Harrier or PPR. Or an unlockable Collector Rifle

Took him for a spin today. Not bad. I speced his AR for damage reduction and extra shields works pretty well. Gave him a Harrier and a pistol but I forgot what one.

Give it time, their steadily releasing stuff that was originally exclusive. Also, the Collector Rifle kinda sucks, just my opinion.
