Oghren is a great character, him returning would be nice to see.

I wonder how he'll feel about Anders now.

I wouldn't mind finding out what happened to all of my previous companions, but DA:O plus Awakening was enough Oghren for me.

Maybe he will be disappointed with him?

I'm not sure Oghren would feel too strongly one way or the other.

First of all, he's not an Andrastian, so that part of the emotional impact is non-existent. He's not in favor of killing innocents, true, but he also doesn't seem to be directly opposed to unnecessary and undeserved violence. Even the things he DOES care about, he seems to care very little. You can kill his wife and you only lose the equivalent friendship of a single bottle of ale.

So I think Oghren would generally disapprove of Anders' action, but only until his next drink.

Oghren was my least favorite of all the DA* characters. He's one guy we can just leave wherever he fell.

I think the real question we should ask is "What will Oghren and Justice/Vengeance say to each other now that the latter has experienced sexy times."

Well, I wouldn't think Oghren would care that a chantry was destroyed, I would think he'd care that his friend did it, and what happened to him afterwards.

I think that if Anders died, Oghren would would be saddened by it, and possibly blame Justice for what Anders did.

You know, it's funny. I'm a huge fan of dwarves, and will always advocate more dwarves. But Oghren... yeah, he fell a little flat. I'm not quite sure why. I think he was just too over the top. Too much of a drunken imbecile. He doesn't even have the excuse of growing up in Dust Town, since he's (marginally) a member of the Warrior Caste.

The dwarves of DA are interesting, with a deep culture and a profound sense of duty, loyalty, and honor.

And then we have Oghren. I dunno. His humor feels too low brow. Sometimes that's funny, but he is literally nonstop bodily functions and a laughtrack. Slow it down, buddy. Slow it down.

You know, I think it's safe to say that we're overdue for more "Oghren Time."

I liked Oghren a lot. But I feel that he's had his time in the spotlight, considering he was a party member in DAO and DAA. I wouldn't mind him having a brief cameo appearance, but I wouldn't want anything beyond that.

The best thing about Oghren was his voice actor, in my opinion. I wasn't a big fan of the character, and I hope he doesn't return as anything more than a potential cameo.

One of my favorite 'subtle' moments in a Bioware game occured in DA: Awakenings. In the lower levels of the keep you find a group of commoners locked up in some cells and they plead the Warden to release them. The only things they can offer are the clothes off their backs in exchange for their freedom. My Warden had a bit of a mean streak and was more than happy to accept this offer resulting in a + approval from Oghren. He didn't say anything but silently approved of this moment of humiliating nudity, probably from his own personal experience and could fully appreciate the matter.

Oghren was the best," sod it all" haha. Bring him back bioware! :) At the very least a mission with him involved! :)

Steve Blum does a TON of voice work in games and every time I hear him I pretend its Oghren. He did this generic space marine guy in the excellent TPS "Vanquish." Amazing game but the voice acting is pretty bad due to the campy, curse-laden dialog. Pretending its Oghren makes it even more silly so its worth enduring just for the lulz.

I just cast Oghren in my twenty hour expansion called The Warden's Calling. You get to play the warden again as the standard silent protagonist. Take Oghren with you on the calling and kill as many darkspawn as you can. Try and beat your score each new game. Go nuts!! At least kill the warden your own way instead of just reading about it in a DA3 codex entry. Give you a chance to say goodbye, like a Halo Reach ending.

The Oghren cameo has to happen in the Deep Roads, where he is both naked and drunk out of his mind. He will then be riding a war chariot pulled by Mabaris into combat against the Darkspawn while wielding his trusty battleaxe The Darkspawn Ravager.

Corrected and supported. Oghren for Dragon Age 3!

Am I the only one would like a team of Oghren to appear only so that I can fight him. I like the character, but I do believe he would be a very cool boss battle. Especially since he's a Grey Warden (in most play throughs)
