NEW COMIC - Dragon Age: Until We Sleep
#26

I'm kind of confused by the leak ...
So we had The Silent Grove ,Those who speak , and next is "Until We Sleep" ...maybe fade related?
I guess the one showing up will be Morrigan or Flemeth....
And the picture is about the number 2 of those who speak ...
It's getting a bit complicated...

I'm also willing to bet there is going to be a facepalm moment in the comic. Morrigan is going to make a sarcastic remark on a sore subject of Alistair's, and he is going to try and kill her for it, since that's what he seems to like to do now to Witches of the Wild.
She is then going to procede to b!tchslap him in the face with a spell, one that he can't protect himself from with his templar abilities...

Well I suppose his wife will have to do the fist shaking then while Alistair runs off to find his dad...though why he didn't bring the woman who killed a High Dragon, Flemeth and the Archdemon is a little bit weird.

This assumes your game is canon for everyone. It isn't.

You know, after two comic-runs of buildup and no payoff so far, I'd like to think it's going to be Maric :|
And I'd like to think it isn't, because him turning out to be alive after all this time would be very annoying.
I fail to see how finding out what happened to Maric (who is most likely dead) is of any benefit to Ferelden at all. And if Maric is alive I fail to see how that is of any use either. Unless Alistair plans to remove himself from the throne and to place a more competent King in his place since he has demonstrated he is an awful King incapable of even running the country and running off to go on adventure.. Alistair reminds me of Richard the Lionheart its sickening.Wiedzmin182009 wrote...

If Alistair does plan to pull a Captain Anderson and leave his position to have someone else do it for him even though I chose him then he just earned himself a death sentence in my next game. Anora can have the throne all to herself in my next game be this the case instead of sharing it with Alistair as she does in my current game.
(I don't want Maric back anyway i'm betting Anora is a far more competent leader then him anyway)

The Warden and Hawke are missing at this point in time, yes?

I believe this is the one we already met, as Zev's description seems to match Yavanah. But there could be yet another sister. Who knows.stonemyst wrote...
Morrigans sister another witch of the wilds. The one zev talks about in banter with morrigan in dao
The surprise could be Maric, since I'm expecting him to be found alive, but to get dead before the comics are done. No way they'd mess up the Fereldan succession that way, methinks. But you know... I wouldn't lay an egg over Maric, since that's been teased since the first series. Hmm... could be Morrigan, and maybe she explains a bit of her OGB plot and how that fits in with whatever her sister has been doing with the dragons. That would be a cool bit of lore.

Its Cullen.
He said, "lay an egg", and since obviously only a female can lay an egg, Cullen is the only logical choice.
As of this time, I rely on the games to give me the story. Requiring me to purchase extra material outside the game seems to me like a slightly-sneaky money-grab.
There was a time that the story itself in a game could stand on its own. ME2, the second Dragon Age and ME3 required external information to get the whole story of what was in the game.
When the series is complete 7+ games from now, I'll go back and look at the extra stuff if the story manages to be solid enough on its own in the games alone by that time. If not, I'll leave the story with its holes rather than have my arm twisted to buy more stuff.

That's like saying beyond the 1985 cartoon, no other Transformers are valid. The logic you are using is pretty bad.

Flemeth
Morrigan
Shale
Yavana
Dog
Fenris
Mook Bandit #3286
Maraas
Oghren riding a gorilla into combat naked and drunk whilst brandishing his battleaxe The Darkspawn Ravager
Sigrun
Okay... at this point I'm just listing off names. I honestly have no clue what character would make me "lay an egg".
