I'm sure most pencillers are capable of coloring. It is just that they don't. If you're going to get angry, please blame the right person.

I don't know why you people think i'm angry. I didn't know you could read emotions through type. Impressive.

I've not read the Dragon Age comics, so I can't say what the particular issue is, but colour mistakes show up in the published versions of graphic novels extremely frequently, in my experience. People's hair, clothes and yes, skin, can change from page to page or even panel to panel.

I have no idea why it happens, but it does.

Mistakes at printing. Especially with covers for some reason.

Are the colorist and artist two different people? Really here, I'm just blaming Bioware. The artist can do what he want's...but this is Bioware's character you'd think they'd make and effort to make sure she was represented correctly. They failed that many many many times already.

I don't know what he did or what he didn't do. I'm blaming Bioware in the mean time. But really even if he did color it the way he did, it's still on Bioware...

Interesting how this works. If someone is doing a rather bad job with your characters...wouldn't you tell them? And if they've been working for you this long wouldn't they know what she actually looks like by now. And then there's the cover for Those Who Speak which is perfect...I just don't understand...
Still Bioware's fault though.

Hey, does anybody know if these comics are canon? I mean Sten is the Arishok now, like canonically? I think I recall that Alistair being king wouldn't be canon if he wasn't in game but that doesn't stop him from going on a quest to search for his father. So can we assume the other things, like Isabela being captured and almost converted and her seemingly gonna change her ways, and Alistair being more bitter and turning ginger and the death of Yavanna and that other king dude... Can we assume these are all canon?

If I have understanded Gaider right Alistair goes questing in any scenario that doesent have him dead. If he is I guess Teagan/Eamon could have hired Isabela and Varric(both of whom cant die). They can properly have Sten brake out of his cage and run back to Par Vollen by himself if you leave him to die. Basicaly, everything that doesnt directly diverge from your saved games are canon.

My interpretation is that if your cannon lines up with the comics (Alistair as King, Sten alive, etc), then it would be cannon.

If it doesn't, you can still take some things as cannon - everything that's being revealed about Maric, for instance, is cannon, its just that Alistair, Isabella, and Varic didn't have this adventure to discover it all.

I agree.  The past 2 installments seemed to be focused on Isabela and Alistair.  The Silent Grove revolved around Alistair, Those Who Speak leaned more towards Isabela while this next issue will probably involve Varric a great deal.

Hey, that actually makes sense. David says here http://www.newsarama...sleep-nycc.html that we will visit the fade. Maybe she is some sort of magic personification of Bianca.

Aside from the file name Varric is the only character tagged in the post too. Pretty much solidified now.
