This.  If you're going to nerf the Piranha and buff the UR pistols, it'd be nice to also make the lone UR shotgun worth it's status as an UR.

Basically, prior to these changes to pistols...
Carnifex : Paladin :: Claymore : Wraith or
Carnifex : Paladin :: Piranha : Wraith

Just as was the case with the pistols, the UR is eclipsed by rares.  Please fix!

Because it hasn't gained anything and that wasn't the intent. It only gained a slight weight reduction at lower levels.


I'm not so sure about these grenade buffs. Some of those grenades were already very powerful.

Carnifex nerf can be conpensated by putting points into reducing weight (which most caster characters take power damage and weight reduction anyway). But you can use a weapon mod or anything to help the PIrahna.

OMG So many good things, some not even needed but I'm not complaining. But, really, not needed Bioware, all this because of the piranha nerf?

Also, I just spent (before reading the changes) 1, 5 mil and didn't receive the Bat3Sol. 2 UR but not this soldier. LOL

I really do hope the graphic of the weapon was changed, or else it'll just be hilarious every time I use it, IF I use it again.

Why? The barrel never even rotated while shooting in the first place, so assuming it held any kind of shots was never supported by the graphics either.

Not all casters do this. And the Carni isn't OP so there was no need for a nerf.

Now you have to actually make a decision when taking the Carnifex. Before it was a no-brainer...

There's not colors and lights and crap?  I don't have it, so I guess maybe I spoke out of turn.  If it's just one, I guess I can live with it, even if there is zero chance of me ever playing that kit.  Still seems like another way to fluff the manifest unecessarily.  I mean, was anyone clamoring for this?

There are no appearance options for the BF3 soldiers, just the one, which can't be changed or unlocked further.

That promotion go until december so i wouldn't be surprised if they release the colector rifle to everyone after that.

Neither of the guns needed a nerf. All I'm saying is that the Pirahna nerf was worse.
