This. If you're going to nerf the Piranha and buff the UR pistols, it'd be nice to also make the lone UR shotgun worth it's status as an UR.

Carnifex : Paladin :: Piranha : Wraith
Just as was the case with the pistols, the UR is eclipsed by rares. Please fix!

I guess thats a fair point, although is homing grenade really outshining cluster or inferno grenade? I haven't used homing grenade much but found it a touch underwhelming.Siran wrote...

Was wondering that, too. But I think, the new grenades, namely Multi-Frag, Homing and Arc were outshining the "old" ones. And this time instead of nerfing the new ones, they buffed the old ones - that's good, right?

If you only have the Carnifex at a low level, chances are you won't even have an UR heavy pistol as an alternative.

That's almost 100 more damage per second. Also the weight reduction means that at some level you can stick it on characters with absolutely no points in the passive and still get 200% cooldown. It's not a boss killer but it kills regular enemies fine.BuckshotSamurai wrote...

No. You said that most wouldn't use the Carnifex anymore after getting an UR. Which I don't think is the case. The Carnifex at X will still have a lower weight than a low level Paladin. And weight isn't the only difference between those two, or the Talon for that matter.
