It's possible, but then he might just respect the Warden, not humans or elfs, in DA2 The Arishok only respected hawke because she proved to him she was storng despite being a mage and female, but judging from his distaste towards the other humans in the hall, how he killed the Viscount and his plans for Isabela, it shows he just had respect for Hawke, not humans.

He might have some more understanding as to why people live as they do after his assignment. The Arishok never became your friend, there was respect for Hawke's strenght, but no admittance of equality. (new) Arishok has been the subordinate of a Bas. That is likely something unique as far as leaders in the Qun go.

It is a slim chance, but you might be able to reason with him without having superior force.

i hope sten is just a cameo but invading ferelden when they are recovering from a civil war does seem very Qun like to me.

I will like to point out that in a meeting one of the developers said "if Sten came back, he would still not have horns". 1. I think he will probably be in DA3. 2. he will look WAY different then the last Arishok.

In the comic that is the source of this, he looks the same as in DAO, but he has grown a beard. How that'd translate into a game I don't know though.

So similar to his CGI look?

More badass then his CGI self, I'd say.

Although I'm seriously disturbed by the lack of Asala.

Though if the Qunari companion thing proves true, Sten and said companion may know each other.

Well, the leak would suggest he's Tal Vashoth, in which case Sten would really really hate him.

I hope so. Sten is awesome and hopefully the Qunari have good role in DA3, if any. It's a shame they weren't the main antagonists in DA2. I think they're infinitely more interesting than Templars and Mages.

I really hope we do see him. Hopefully it'll be in the ending cutscene, showing the Qunari preparing to invade Tevinter, meaning we'd get to see Tevinter AT LAST in DA4. And as I'm guessing most of the mage-templar business will be resolved or at least returned to stability by the end of DA3, that could be one of the next major plot threads.

That would be tremendous. I've never had a character in a game that I hated at the beginning, but by the end of the game had become one of my favorite of all time. The turnaround began when he questioned my actions in the village of Haven and were cemented when I picked the odd couple of Sten and Doggy to break the Warden out of Fort Draken....

official.

And hornless Kossith have always existed. Bioware's made it clear that there are both horned and hornless, so as to maintain consistency and so that you wouldn't see Sten with horns and have to deal with a "They were there, you just didn't see them" rationale.

Yup, Sten is one of the few to be born without horns.

I probably didn't give the character enough of a chance, but I found him incredibly boring. Now on my playthroughs I just leave him locked up in Lothering.

Ha, funnily enough I also kill Mr. House in all of my FO:NV playthroughs.
