 When are they supposed to appear in a NG+?

All the weapons from the firefight DLC are there.... am I missing something?

The game I imported from I found/purchased all the mods to level V except for the pistol ULM which was at IV...

I expected the mods to be available like all the other mods from the start

This is a know glitch. For some reason they don't import. You have to go back through the camapign to find/purchase all of them again.

I'm just not going to bother until they fix this glitch...

The last pistol one just doesn't exist in game either.
