I'm happy with the level of romance in the DA games

4 love interests per game, most available to all players, along with the other 5 or 6 non-romance-able companions, sounds just about right. More companions would be overwhelming to keep track of them all; less would be too little variety.
Just, you know, throwing it out there that not everyone thinks the friendship and romance systems need to be increased, decreased, or modified heavily. Just keep on doing what you do! Thanks!

Honestly if it weren't for the romances I doubt I could have gotten the GF to play the games, and I do enjoy her being quiet and leaving me alone once in awhile. So yeah, I don't necessarily want them to be completely removed either.

DAII romances = lacking in depth, and frankly, the amount of content it would take for me to get into a romance at all. At least for us guy-mancers. After lovin' on Anders and Fenris (who neither of which gave me much lovin' back) I now skip them altogether. I prefer no romance to a shallow romance.
DA:O proved that the team knows how to do them extremely well. Hopefully they'll get the time and resources they need to show us some depth in DAIII.

They will regardless, hopefully. Unless they want to listen to me exclusively, that would be alright.

Well, actually, I would like a character you befriended to ask how the PC is doing. The PC usually goes through quite a bit. >_>"

I think I'll never get the hate in DA2's romance, it felt more involving as it couldn't all happen in one night, and the quests were obligatory. I guess some people just hate every DA2 feature there is.

I'd have loved more reaction from your friends after your mother died in DA2

Well, not just like that, but remember in DA:O, you usually had a scene where your Origin ally shows up. Or in Mass Effect, 'So, how about dat butchering of Torfan'?

now we know why some male gamers accuse some female gamers of seeking romance elsewhere (like in dragon age).
