Game won't load & can't log into ea.com/support

I am at least able to sign in and post here... but can't post most places, as I can't get into the game.

Right now, symptoms are I login  to origin, did a repair on the content just to be sure it was updated and ok... when I hit play, title screen comes up in about 20-30 seconds.. actually first it's an Nvidia screen.  Then on title page it says Lost connection with Origin ... Click to exit... OK.   And that's it.

When I exit.. the origin client is still up and running.  But the game can't talk to it.

Running on Win7x64.

I bought this game before it came out -- still havent been able to play it.

On support site, I try to login, and it just flashes the screen after my pw, and asks me to login again....  Am on my third browser (and 2nd OS) as I write this..

So.. help?  

p.s. the origin client CAN connect / log into the origin servers.   So over the network is fine... just on the local machine the game isn't talking to the local client.

I thought patch3 was supposed to have a fix for PC users not having to remain connected to the origin client ???   It DID register the game... *yippee skippy*... now if only it would let me play...

Where did you BUY it? On www.buythegamebeforeitcomesoutforfree.com, or similar?

Why would you be on your third browser to post here? Every commercial browser would let you register and log in, but none of these would let you play the game. You need to clarify your problem, please.

I thought it might be a browser problem logging into support.

Not here.

Not the game.

The game starts, gets to the initial screen then says lost contact with origin. OK, to exit. OK and you are back on desktop looking at the still connected origin client on your PC desktop.

Compounding the issue of a non working game has been troubles getting onto the support site -- won't take my login / password as it does here.

Tried 3 different browsers nada nada...

I feel like I just repeated myself. Is that any more clear?

Oh.. and where did I buy it?  Amazon.
It was priced as a console game with PC users subsidizing the console user's licensing fees.  Did you get your for free?

I created a 3rd login, on the ea support site -- that seems to have gotten me into a queue to be called back... but dunno if that will happend -- the first email and the 2nd one I tried, both game me the message the website couldn't direct me to where I needed to go -- on two different browsers (FF+MSIE)...

So tried a 3rd 'new' login... for some reason -- perhaps because it was never used before anywhere, it went though. and allowed me to type in a question...

This is giving me a worse headache that fizzbin (or temporal mechanics)...
