I have paid for these points, I have it on my online bank statement that I have paid for these, yet on here or my origin account it refuses to acknowledge my points.
Where the heck are my points?

Tell EA Help. These forums are basically user to user, although previously in this one, there was some occasional oversight from a couple of Bioware's people. I don't think either of them has answered anything in a month now, probably much longer than that.
Scroll down to the column of links under "Help". Pick the one that says "Bioware Game Support" and from there go to the Chatline.
