So I got my commendation pack nice and easy, but then I go to redeem my Victory Pack. What do ya know, I lose connectivity to the EA server right when it's about to process. I restart Orign and Mass Effect and headed to my invatory to see if the pack went through.

It did not.

So, I went to the store to redeem it again and the pack is not even listed in the store. I did three more full restarts and still nothing.

I contacted EA through Origin and they said they could not issue me a Victory pack. Has anyone had that issue?

I am pissed <_< I played my ass off all weekend.

Did you check your equipment counts and see if the items had been awarded without the normal screen appearing? That's happened to me before when I bought a PSP and got disconnected, but then when I went to check my stuff found that I had, among other things, two new characters.

Also victory packs AFAIK normally just give equipment and ammo bonuses.

They did not appear in my manifest or in any of my invetory. Thanks anyway for the suggestion but I'm already 2 steps ahead of ya.

They have a thing at the top that tells you if you get the commedation pack, it should also tell you if you opened the victory pack but it doesn't.

She would have problably have gotton something usefull out of it like a new character or something else.

Thanks for the good suggestion. I didn't know that! It says I got my commndation pack which I did, but It says nothing about my Victory pack. I checked the store in MP this morning and the option to obtain my victory pack is still not available

I edited it a little bit. It doesn't show victory pack. I was suggesting that it should also show the victory pack.
