Singularity to receive much needed overhaul. This is EXCITING!

Good lord, you guys have seriously stepped your game up since launch! I always found this game fun and inventive, but right now you guys are just on the ball!
Great ideas! I can't wait to try some of these out!

Even though I hate you for not buffing the Eagle to N7 weapon standards, I love you at the same time

AAAAH HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO CONCENTRATE IN MY classES WHEN ALL I CAN THINK ABOUT IS UPCOMING SINGULARITY LOVE
ETA: ahahahahahahahahaha so uh i'm trying to all-caps that word "classes" and it forces it to the above. That is... a pretty funny side effect of the profanity filter...

Also talk of a Wraith buff, which happens to be my favorite shotgun. Sometimes it feels like Bioware is following my posts.

I must know... will this buff be applied to single-player as well?
Was about to ask this myself. Several changes to MP haven't been applied to SP, I'm hoping most of the things that have happened over months will be brought into SP as well.

I had a dream that singularity got a visual change. It was a terrifying, black empty hole, rid of the purple hue that it once had and changed to a blue biotic. It had a AoE of justifiable strength and drained shields and primed units for BEs if you timed your detonator right. (A little wishful dreaming but I found it funny that I actually dreamt it) also the prime targets looks enveloped in disruptor-like visuals.
I'm sure it'll remain with the purple hue. The hue is naturally occuring. A singularity is basically a miniture black hole. The biotic makes a field that increases a few particles to "near infinite" mass. So the black center is the part where the gravity is so strong that light cannot escape. The hue around it is the Hawking Effect. Previously we figured black holes would be invisible, but Steven Hawking figured out that they'd be surrounded by that sort of glow from the radiation around them (which if I remember my nerd classes right, is caused by light hitting the event horizon).
The best example you'll see in Mass Effect was back in 2. At the center of our galaxy is a supermassive black hole. That's why a spiral galaxy is spiral: everything is orbiting a supermassive black hole. Anyway, the SMBH can be seen in the background after going through the Omega-4 mass relay or at the title screen.

What about the ability to Roll for Turians or Stagger Immunity for Krogan Soldiers/Sentinels and the Batarian Kits?

I want it to be able to slowly pull enemies inward and then "shred" them to bits. That would make it awsome.
I've fantasized Bioware changes Singularity to spawn inside the targetted enemy, shrapnel exploding them like Corpse Explosion from DII. Possibly leaving the standard Singularity trap behind.

Tl;dr - Acolyte + Singularity = buffed.
Yeah - basically. Although the Eagle works just as well weirdly... I always thought Singularity was an under-rated power; yes, it's a bit situational and basically bad against Geth, but I really enjoy getting a nice arcing singularity to curve over the wall and pop down on the trooper's head who's hunkered down behind it.
I smile a little as he's lifted into the air away from that protective cover and floating there while the Warp homes in on him ... then BOOOOM!
It's also good against Phantoms as it puts them into power defence mode and keeps them reactivating it if you land the Singularity right - while you strip their shields with the Eagle. Similar trick works for all shielded infantry bar Nemeses as they hop out of the way.
Once the shields are down they go floaty into the air, ready to be detonated.
Still - I'm not gonna complain about a Singularity buff ... since it has a fairly specific use and outside that it's basically useless... think all boss units, Brutes, Ravagers, Nemeses and Pyros. Yes, Stasis has the same limitations - but that's an insta-hit power that can't be dodged so works better against Phantoms and Nemeses (Singularity has a quicker cooldown though I guess).
