So I notice there is a screen shot of Saren with some Geth that looks completely different from ME1 graphics:


Is this an indicator of what PS3 users get? Are you going to make any graphical / gameplay changes to 1 and 2 for other platforms too? That would be a huge undertaking... but damn it would be nice to roll in ME2 combat - ME2 is so similar and yet so frustratingly crippled compared to ME3. ME1 is so different it isn't the same sort of feel at all...

Hi, this trilogy will be online download in Xbox? I would like to have in my hd, I don't like to change a disc constantly, so the disc could be break when you put in or out to case.

No it wont be and it doesnt need to be if you want the disc not to break just be careful

The only way to download it is now extinct. It was through the old bioware site which is now gone. The download page may even be gone now (granted this is for PC Xbox users may not have an issue but PS3 may not even have it available.)

I don't remember that in game at all.

Most likely its just an old promo photo then

It should at least have the DLC for ME1 and ME2 to be an ideal bargain IMO.

Same! I was at the point where, if my ps3 ever died I would get an xbox just so I could play ME1. The ME2 and 3 are my favourite two games of all time, it’s great news that I can finally play the first game. Thank you Bioware! Never stop making games like these!
 
PS I’ve avoided details from ME1 as much as I could. But I watched Captain Kirrahe’s speech on youtube and it moved me to tears. I don’t even have any context and it was that good

I don't recognize that screen at all. Where is that - Virmire?

Also, anyone know if the Trilogy version fixes the ME1 black blobs on AMD-FX processors bug?

I dont think you can run PC/PS3/360 version of the game on WiiU.

I went through the first 5 pages of this thread to see if the answer to the DLC question had been answered and didn't see an answer as if the DLCs were included. But judging by the picture below I don't think they are.

Some of the DLC is very story dependent. At least some of them should be included: Lair of the Shadow Broker, Kasumi, Zaeed, Bring Down the Sky, Overlord, From Ashes.

I can understand if EA/Bioware dont include more recent DLC (Leviathan, From Ashes) but it would be appreciated if they were.

Others like extra weapon and character appearance are not much of a priority

I am glad Mass Effect 1 is coming to the PS3 so I don't have to get an X Box 360 just for one game and hopefully they patch Mass Effect 2 so they you can import your Shepard. It still kinda sucks that the PS3 version is coming at a later date but at least we get it.

Being a PS3 owner, I can't say how long I've been waiting for this, but at the same time, I'm mildly disappointed that ME1 won't be releasing by itself at retail for us as I really dislike digital and already own ME2 and 3.

Depending upon what, if any, DLC from these games makes its way into this package, I think I'll still get it, especially if the PS3 port of 1 is done right.

This is actually really tempting. My girlfriend knows I like the ME trilogy a lot and she even has expressed a lot of interest in it, but it's completely impossible to let her experience the games without getting all three games, and buying all three games separately costs too much and frankly is a clumsy ordeal. A boxed set is preferable in every way!

I just hope this includes the (at least major) DLCs for ME1 (BDtS) and ME2 (Overlord [and the Firewalker Mission Pack to enable the use of the Firewalker in the first place... though that might mean a Cerberus Network pass is necessary], LotSB, Arrival), as well as the Extended Cut for ME3 (though I'm already assuming it will include the EC).

Really hope the major DLCs come with it, or at least access to download them does.

[Since I know some people will be curious, I'll just say it: you'd think she'd be able to easily play the games on my computer, but it doesn't seem to work that way. :mellow:]

I hope that the PS3 version of ME (digital and in the collection) has the DLCs already on disc/in the game files. If it does I might just get ME digitally...even though it might take a while to download for me. This is pretty awesome news for PS3 owners everywhere.
