Why bother buying this if there was no change to the game except it's repackaged into something they tell you you should buy again?
All the same bugs will still be there. ALL the bugs. With all their focus on ME3, I don't see how much time they would have secretly spent on making something that will likely not sell well. And since Bioware have long abandoned giving support to ME1&2....
There will likely be no DLC, or very few DLC included. So if you want DLC for 1 and 2, buy buy buy. Oh, which btw, will include the bugs for them too.
Also, ME3's DLCs are still not all out yet, and we're still waiting on a patch. These things usually comes out after a studio is completely finished with a game. But noo...too desperate
I honestly consider buying it for the PS3 - I've only played it on PC as of now, but being able to play it on the big screen and with surround sound from the couch has merit

I never experienced any game breaking bugs in ME1-3, the only bug that really bothers me is the one in ME2 where you're exploring that crashed freighter and you can get stuck on that last ledge before the end. Oh, and the one where I somehow lost all my money in ME3, but that I could simply rectify with loading another savegame. And they'd at least have to patch ME2 on PS3 to include the save-import option and I guess ME1 will have Garrus' high-res face on PS3 as well, as the ME1 port for PS3 is new anyway.
I'm pretty sure the DLCs for ME1 and ME2 are included in the package: ME1 had BDtS on PC from the beginning and ME2 had all the story DLCs except Arrival on PS3, so in order to not discriminate, they'd have to at least include those. The only other ME1 DLC is Pinnacle Station which is not a story DLC, so I wouldn't miss it. The only other story-based DLC from ME2 would be Arrival which I hope they include as well just to make it complete.
As far as ME3 DLCs go, I'd suspect they included (either physically or as codes) those that will ship with the WII U, namely the EC and From Ashes as well as all the MP DLCs. Leviathan is too new I guess, and Omega might not be even out come November 6th.
