I got excited for a second. I've got every game and DLC on 360, but have been looking to transfer to my new PC. I have ME1 and ME2 on PC, but the expense of re-buying all that DLC is a substantial barrier. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like this bundles any of it or they would have explicitly stated it..

I wonder if this means we'll get some new patches for ME1 and 2 as well, since both games still have some serious bugs. For instance, overheating bug (ME1), lack of surround sounds on integrated audio (ME1 PC), floating bug (ME2), etc.

+1 - Good question...debating as to whether to get this...already have played through ME1 on Xbox but something about the continuity of the experience....also, probably a dumb question but will I get 2 sets of trophies for ME1 & ME2, or will this integrate seamlessly...

ME1 for PS3? That's great news! I have a friend who's been dying to play the Mass Effect Trilogy for a long time, but he really wants to start from the beginning. This will be good news for him!

Yeah how did this happen!?! Lol up to now 100% of people used to say it would never happen on PS3 due to MS having the license to ME1.  Did they finally give it up? or was there an expiration to it?

Anyway, as a 360 user who already owns the trilogy. I'm happy for you PS3 folks!

The Comic is a DLC for the PC version of ME2 as well, so it should still serve as a "shortcut" to the main decisions of ME1 if you don't want to play ME1 as a whole. Only now do you have the alternative of importing a ME1 save.

Great News (especially for PS3 owners)... A few questions need answering tho

What DLC (if any?) will it include?
What about extra content include on collectors editions etc
Will ME1 be released on PSN
Will it be released in europe or anywere outside the US?(PSN ME1 and the Trilogy)?

I've seen the links with the news on the various websites but I think Bioware confirming these points on here will make me more satisified.

Yes. They're going to charge $60 for a game while the entire trilogy is available on other platforms for the same price. I think the Trilogy box doesn't come with DLC, however, while the Wii U version does, but that still doesn't justify the price.

I can imagine that if you import an ME1 save, then you won't get the comic. Just like PC and 360.

What are the odds of a FemShep version of this? I already own all these games obviously, so I only want it for uniformly styled discs and boxart. But I don't like having four Sheploos staring at me at once.

EDIT: Also, you guys should totally bring this over to WiiU later on.
