I feel like this package will be really awesome for PS3 users since we'll probably get all the ME1 DLC and most of ME2's.

Nobody even knows the release date or any information other than it is coming at some point and you can DL it off PSN or buy the box set when released.Image IPB

Nice, but i will wait for FULL VERSION with ALL DLC ON DISC (gear included). Other are just no use since I have evrything already.

Without SB and Arrival ME2 is just not complete.

This pretty much sums it up completely.

Incomplete yes, but also irrelavent as the LotSB and Arrival makes no impact in ME3 at all as these 2 events are just a given that they happened.

LotSB was good dlc to play but long term pointless.

i suspect bEAware realises this which is why it isnt included but available for a cost if you want it

damn, due to dangerous-glitchy PS3-BL2-release, i am the first !!two!! freaking days away from my PS3-ME2/ME3 scince - god, i lost track - and what happens in that meantime?
ME1-HD-remake-release gets announced for my PS3!
you BW-guys are evil folks! what you do to me with that, is kind of like slamming a heroin-junkie a kilo of his dope in the face while evil-laughing:
"happy christmas HARR, HARR, HARRR,,," - yep, thaaank you... :) .
but besides that - i am really a bit afraid because of that, i mean - in the interactive background comic to PS3-ME2 "mass effect genesis", i could just "choose to save" - well, about everyone - while now, i guess it will take a good long piece of "work" for me to be able to accomplish this
"for real" again - besides - i have invested over 2600 hours counted in-game time in ME2/ME3 story mode so far,
allways seeking for "my perfect playthrough" (plus that this allways and only could be a second playthrough on that character-file for any of the both particular games for me, do to the carry-over of favourite items and skill-points - so double time&joy...)
- and now you are telling me that the circumstances for a "perfect playthrough of/ for mine" changes so dramatically in 5 weeks from now, that i will need to do this all (2X2 playthroughs) again on top of the ME1-experience??? - to that, two things from me - first:
honestly, thank you - i am so addicted by the mass effect video game series, that i am just glowingly happy looking forward to that reason for doing this all again... - and as second:
damn, this is what really afraids me... .

Are they gonna patch Conrad Verner into 2 and 3 on ps3?

He's already on the disc, just not accessible because the import option was hidden and thus on default settings he's assumed dead/never met Shep. Bioware already confirmed there will be a patch for existing copies of ME2 to allow import from ME1

Could you please provide sources? I am interested in this functionality so I would like to read more. Many thanks in advance!

Experience an amazingly rich and detailed universe where your decisions have profound consequences on the action and the outcome.

False advertising is bad, mk?

At the very least that doesn't apply to ME3  AT ALL, when it should apply the MOST. >_>

Profound consequences as in letting the Krogan get wiped out or sacrificing the Geth or Quarians you mean? Oh, yes, we have those!

So a number in a nonexistent stat counts as profound consequences these days?

Come again?

If the Krogans or Geth / Quarians aren't real enough for you and the outcome on Rannoch and Tuchanka didn't mean anything to you then I can't help you. Both are considered by a large portion of ME players among the best story arcs in the whole series.

Don't even bother trying to reason with those kind of statements, I gave up long ago

I Want to know the ps3 release date. why is it that always ps3 is last in everything? i hjust hope they optimize the graphics on me1 to look similar to me2 and me3!!! :) i have both me2 and three but i rather have the trilogy in one box than have two games and the other has digital so that means ill trade the other two lol.

Once BioWare is done releasing all dlcs for Mass Effect 3, I can see them also releasing a "Mass Effect Trilogy Complete Edition", that includes all games and dlcs... at least I hope they do

The Trilogy won't contain all dlc

On PC, Mass Effect will include Bring Down the Sky and Pinnacle Station on disk. For Mass Effect 2, Cerberus Network will be included which features Zaeed – The Price of Revenge, The Firewalker Pack, Cerberus Assault Gear, Arc Projector heavy weapon, and Normandy Crash site mission. For Mass Effect 3, Online Pass will be included granting players access to co-op multiplayer.

On Xbox 360, Bring Down the Sky and Pinnacle Station are not included with Mass Effect, however they are available as stand-alone downloads through Xbox LIVE. For Mass Effect 2, Cerberus Network will be included and Online Pass will be included for Mass Effect 3.

Information on PlayStation 3 DLC will be available soon.

however the mass effect 2 of this triology should contain also kasumi stolen memory, overlord and liar of the shadow broker, becouse on ps3 me2 was released with them and it is not right for we pc users to rebuy these dlc. ok for buying leviathan, from ashes and arrival, but not these.

and for wii u? IT wouldn' be intelligent releasing only me3 for this console

Okay, so I have ME2 already for PS3, and that came with Overlord, LotSB, and Kasumi (don't really care about Zaeed). I'm pretty sure I bought Arrival when it came out. If I buy this trilogy set, I'll have ME1 (hopefully with BDtS), ME2 with most of the DLC, and ME3. If I buy all DLC for ME3, It'll (so far) add 20$ (10 for Leviathan, 10 for Omega). That'll bring the total to around 85-90ish dollars w/ tax.

I think thats alright - I'll probably buy the trilogy set then.

Plain and simple - I really planned on buying this, but not including all (major) DLC for ME2 is a deal breaker.

So basically we are getting all 3 games in a boxset. No DLC unless you buy the PC version or PS3 version. Why didnt they wait til next gen consoles arrive before releasing the definitive edition with upgraded graphics with all the DLC.
