I doubt they will do this (at least not for a LONG time), for now at least individual DLC sales are far too valuable for EA.

Also, Game is the only UK retailer? Eurgh, I swore off giving them any more of my money, I hope it's not exclusive to them.

From what I understand the Patch will allow the import option for ME1 saves to show and that it has been there the whole time but hidden because PS3 never had ME1 until now. Same goes for what dlc we will get with ME1 since ME1 has never been released on PS3 only one can guess/assume. The data for ME1 save imports will work like it did on 360 because it has always been there just locked out since we never were able to import from ME1 save.

I'm glad the PS3 is finally getting Mass Effect 1 i have all 3 for the Xbox 360 but now i can have the entire trilogy on the PS3 thank you Bioware now i can get the Mass Effect 1 Platinum Trophy to go with my Mass Effect 2 & 3 plats.

with the little info we have gotten, cause i'm confused. someone said that the MET was in certification. i have no clue what that means. how close does that get us to a release date for the MET for playstation. and i don't have a computer so can't go to some sights.

It means that it passed EAs aprovel for quality and now Its on to Sony certification.

Why does everything on the PC get more DLC than on the console... I think the console versions should get more love too.

It'll be really weird if it's exclusive to GAME in the UK as they screwed the pooch last time with the ME3 collectors editions.

The PS3 version will have most of the DLC for ME1 and ME2.

Oh no, really . After the mess about with ME3 i was hoping to be able to avoid them.

There is play.com, zavvi.co.uk, Gamestop.co.uk and Amazon.co.uk.

They all will do it before launch.

Aside from the PS3 version details (which I think we can guess at pretty reasonably) what else is there to know?

If SCEE approves it within a week, it could release in November. EA can easily get the packaging/manufacturing/shipping done in like 3 weeks after the game goes gold

Same.  That's what I'm hoping for.  I have ME3 for PC and I want to play Omega as soon as it releases, but I don't want to pay for it twice after MET comes out (which I'm getting for PS3 and will be buying all non-included DLC... yes, I realize it will be expensive, b-b-but its Mass Effect!)
