This grandad could not find a physical PS3 copy in his town, anywhere.
Anyone from the UK / Europe pick up the Trilogy today and confirm it has been released?

If I can remember correctly the release date for the Mass Effect Trilogy on PS3 was the 7th of December in UK/Europe, I'm getting my copy from Amazon and it's available to order from them as I'm typing this, I'm sure other retailers will have it available from today onwards as well. :)

"Possible dumb question, but I bought ME1 from PSn store I already have ME2 and 3 N7 edition. Does this have BDTS included or will that be added later as the DLC it is?"
[/quote]

Yes, both the digital and disc versions of ME1 on PS3 include the BDTS DLC. :)

Why the hell did they lock the ME1 save files? I wanted to continue my game on my 2nd PS3 downstairs but can't due to this stupid lock, unless I pay for a playstation+ subscription....Please Bioware patch this out!!!

EDIT - They didn't lock the ME2 or ME3 files so why do it with ME1? Very, very  annoying!!!

Once you install Mass Effect 2 from the trilogy set it will automatically download and install your DLCs from your BioWare account.  You'll need to use the provided key to register/activate your installations first; after that you'll be set.

Just picked up the trilogy box, looks great. Kinda miss the FemShep love that the ME3 standalone got, but still so happy to have the trilogy on PS3! Can't start playing to after Xmas, wife's orders :), but once I can play I'm so looking forward to experiencing part one for the 1st time!

Thanks, Bioware and EA for getting this done!

I considered getting the trilogy set just to have a disc copy of ME1, but my wife would have killed me if I traded in the N7 edition of ME3 or getrting 2 and 3 over again. Thank God ME1 was released seperately digital ( thank you Bioware for my new addiction)
Deleted my old Shepards for 100% canon Sheps (Bro and Fem)

it begs the question; you already have all three games, but you bought the TRILOGY? Unless all of your discs are damaged, why buy them again?

My sister bought them for me and I dont have all most of the content, plus my Mass Effect 2 discs are old.

In my case, I had ME and ME 2 as digital dowloads and ME 3 on DVD and have always preferred discs to digital downloads.

In fact, my collection of games (primarily RPGs) go all the way back to the original Pool of Radiance games from SSI on 5.25" and 3.5" floppy disks from the 1980's, and I still have the hardware to play them on. I also have two copies each of the Baldur's Gate and NWN series of games from BioWare.

The Pool of Radiance series I had three copies of, but sold the Commodore 64 versions I had along with the C64 and C-128 computers I had back in the late 80's when I moved up to AT class computers.

If I enjoy a game series enough, I have no qualms about buying multiple copies

Bioware has stated that ps3 owners will be able to import ME files to ME2 but I've heard of a lot of fellow ps3 owners (including myself) who can't import...any help would be great :/

Anyone know of any way of changing the controls in ME1 (PS3)? I'd like to swap the L1/L2 and R1/R2 to match ME2 and ME3.

Make sure your PS3 is online, start ME2 and it will update automatically

I got the trilogy for Christmas on 360. How do i get Pinnacle station and BDTS for ME1? I've heard they were supposed to be a free download, but they're showing up as 80 and 400 Points.

Have you finish ME1 on the same harddrive than the one where ME2 is installed? Have you wait until the end of developper list at the end of ME1? On my side, it works properly.

That brings me back madame Selene <bows>  I played all the great Gold Box games, even the non D&D ones ( Buck Rogers Countdown to Armageddon).
Granted I was sorely tempted to get the trilogy, even though I have ME2 and 3 disc versions seperately.
My ME3 is an N7 edition and my wife would have killed me if I traded that one in after she got it for me for my birthday.

I'm wondering how I should go about registering the trilogy here on the BSN, so that both ME2 & 3 are registered?

About two weeks ago I contacted EA support about that. They told me it was, at the time, impossible. The guy consulting me happened to be a collector himself and said he knew exactly how this feels, when I asked if he could pass the info to whomever it concerns (to fix it).
