Hi i wanted to ask few questions about mass effect pc version.

1. Is origin integrated with mass effect 1,2 and 3

2.How do i buy dlc for mass effect 2 and 3 through origin

3.Is there any chance EA in future will release ultimate trilogy edition which will include all the dlc.

Having all the games currently and a good chunk of the DLC on the PC I won't even look at this unless it comes will ALL of the DLC for each game.  There is absolutely no reason that it shouldn't be included in this new trilogy release as I'm sure many others have already stated.

If you want to release a trilogy, please, do it right and release the complete games with all DLC.

I'm really looking forward to a 'Directors Cut' trilogy release with all DLC and some cool collectables.

If all the marketing materials that were made for each game where also on a disc with interviews that would make it even better.

I allready own all three games, so it doesn't really relate to me... But I would definitely consider buying a remastered edition: a few years down the line with completely revamped graphics (especialy ME1), maybe using the frostbite 2 or 3, and making the entire trilogy into a fluent experience that incorpoates all the lessons learned from all three games.

Making a long story short: if it will be somehow vastly superior to the original.

Unlikely to happen though. Remastering is usually a practice reserved to developers that only manage to release a single (somewhat) succesfull IP. Bioware will probably prefer to invest those resources into future ME games...

Still have my discs laying about (except for ME3), and I'm about to play through all of them. Sadly I couldn't justify buying all the games again for the sake of dlc.

This with Mass Effect 3's DLC and a trilogy edition, just having discs with DLC already on board prevents having to re-download anything. I've started to move on, into Skyrim and other games and having ME3's DLC has just waned lower. There's no incentive to buy a bare bones version of the trilogy when you have them both on PC and XBOX 360.

I've already got 1,2 and 3 so don't see the point in getting the trilogy unless someone can tell me it's massively different from the originals?

By the way anyone know what's happened to the weekend challenges?

Played ME1 and ME2 but only have ME3. I'm also waiting for a trilogy box with all the DLC. Not buying anything less.

The Trilogy is mainly aimed at new players and possibly PS3 players who want to get ME1 on disc. The Trilogy edition of ME1 on PC comes with the Bring Down the Sky and Pinnacle Station DLCs but that's the only difference as far as I know.

From what I've read on the forum it seems like Bioware have stopped doing the weekend challenges for now, not sure if they'll return at a later date or not.

Can we please get a full pack of all DLCs and games already?
Since you are using the crappy origin theres no way to tell how much do the DLCs cost even now when the game is on discount

So come on dont be lazy and either put all the story DLCs there so we know how much its gona cost total or make a full pack already its not that hard and Ive been waiting for it ever since last DLC came out

Is there a way to register the trilogy? I tried to register my game (here on the BSN, that is), but it told me I didn't have ME3 and that my bar code for ME2 was wrong.

I don't have any other version of the series except the trilogy for 360.

Thanks ^^

You can't register the trilogy on BSN.

I have the Xbox Trilogy version. You can't register ME1 (no facility to). In order to register ME2 (so I could access the forum) I had to use the bar code off the back of a ME2 Xbox game and register through the games tab on my profile. I think ME3 registers when you start the disk.

I had to do a lot of online research to find this all out! Quite frustrating

Wait... what? So even though I paid for the trilogy I STILL will not get to upload my Shepard OR post in the ME forums??

EDIT: Or at least when I pop in the ME3 disc I should be good to go? I hope?

I've been playing ME3 now and I'm not seeing it under my registered games, nor do I have an option to select my Shepard for my avatar. So bizarre and frustration. I mean at the least I paid a lot of money for these games, shouldn't I get to comment in the forums?

Okay, I did. But when I clicked on ME3 xbox, I got:

"Your ownership of Mass Effect 3 was not detected. You are most likely logged in to the BioWare Social Network with a different account than the one you are using to play Mass Effect 3. Go to Your Registered Game Content page for more troubleshooting instructions."

Lol ... Well I finally was able to get the BSN to see my ME3 game as registered. However, when I click on it, it takes me to some stupid N7 HQ, which is apparently all about the stupid MP. All I want is my Shepard as my avatar. I mean, I don't even know if I want it, but I would like the OPTION to have it.

This bloody forum is a mess.

So I went out and bought the trilogy pack today. I found myself with $60+ in store credit at Gamestop and after putting in a pre-order for GTAV I figured why the hell not and picked this up.

PLayed through the series on the 360 but I no longer have a 360. Older I get the less time I have for video games, but I kept my PS3. I never got around to buying any of the DLC for ME3 so it's not like I'm financially setting myself back by "double dipping" and everything save for The Arrival will be included for pre-ME3.

Here's hoping revisiting this series will change my opinion on the ending from last year.
