I'm with you there. I know it'd be super expensive for a full Remaster for the PS4/ Xbone but it'd be worth it to have them in glorious 1080p. 
Plus it'd save me having to constantly switch the HMDI cable and plugs about between the PS4 and xbox.
 
Plus if they'd bring over the multiplayer that would be fantastic! I've missed it quite a lot actually haha. ([/size]｡[/size]´[/size]∀｀[/size])[/size]ﾉ[/size]

They make inexpensive hdmi "splitters" that could easily resolve the issue of constantly switching, I have one, works fairly well...got it from newegg.com

I think the best solution and epic ending and beginning of "new" face of mass effect if they went that route, would be for the company to start the new mass effect as you playing as the child of shepard with whom ever you had the prior games relationship with. Allowing you to drag all the time, effort, dlc spent and game play into the new series. Or at the very least have the child of shepard and whomever be on the council so that the story passes on and they are able to tell you what really happend. That in itself would not only please fans, but be really awesome so it was not a total wash.

Otherwise This franchise will always have that lingering BS that was the ending of ME 3 hanging over their heads, no matter what excuse hit the net of it being "hacked" or "displayed" early.

That'd be pretty sweet, but I imagine they're way too far along to adopt such a story.  From the sounds of it, we'll be getting a game set far enough into the future we won't recognize any characters from the old trilogy.  Maybe we'll play as Shepard's descendant?  But that means Shepard got it on with someone, and not everyone would like that, especially considering how worried people are about one of the three endings becoming canon.

Not everyone even had a child as Shepard though. some of us ended up with samantha traynor, or didn't even have a love interest so it wouldn't really work if that isn't your own playthroughs story.

 

honestly all i want from an ME4 is the ability to play as any of the alien races, cause playing as a human in a game full of aliens can be a bit boring after a while.

Problem with this is, I cannot download it from amazon because its not available outside the USA, so I have to buy and ship it.

 

The real problem is, I can't buy the DLC, because Origin is giving trouble with language, I am from Trinidad and Tobago which is English speaking and they keep logging me to es-mx, the mexican page, while changing it to en-us works for the store,

it dont work when I select games and add games to cart.

 

I dont want any mexican info being recorded on any purchases made.

 

Yes I reported this to EA already several times this month, and I have to wait weeks till a specialist gets to me.

 

Over all I hate it that EA has taken over Bioware, I purchased DLC before directly from Bioware with NO trouble.

 

I like the Mass Effect series overall, though ME 3 was not as well made as it should have been.

 

I played all three and own Mass Effect 2, I want to buy the Trilogy because i want to support the developers and get the properly fixed software.

 

I dont mind shipping it at all!

While that is an interesting idea I think it is not practical. Think of all the different directions the story may have taken up to the end of ME3. Creating a narrative to accommodate all of these paths would be exhausting even without the final decision. Likewise limiting the next game to branch from one one or a few storylines from previous games would irritate many fans for the points you try to make, a new plot that tries to bridge the trilogy that may disregard the time and narrative some players crafted.

 

I'm not sure what details have been put out about the next installment but I think it is far more likely they will look to events prior to the trilogy. This avoids many of the previously discussed pitfalls of trying to add linearly to the story. My prediction is they would go back before humanity's relevance to galactic society for the large-scale conflicts like the Rachni Wars. Creating a plot centered on events before humanity's influence/relevance opens up all kinds of interesting narrative options. We could see the transformation and rise of the krogan and the seeds of future conflicts they have with other races. We could see the quarians without their suits thriving on Rannoch and a Quarian embassy at the Citadel. For that matter we would also have a Batarian embassy as well. It would be a good combination of old elements we encountered in the trilogy and new elements that would make the game stand out and allow the ME universe to be seen and explored differently.

I played all three games already.

 

I bought the trilogy to support Bioware (NOT EA) and to get the proper functioning software.

 

Just waiting for my bro to bring it down from the USA.

 

Though it wold be nice if I can activate my games offline!

I’m really not kidding when I say I’m ready to pay 500$ for the Mass Effect Trilogy PS4 remaster.

For me to pay that much for any video game, it must be ALL that I want in a video game, near 100% science realism, Gay and str8 sex and with multiple partners, more humans characters of african decent (not stereotypes)

 

Highly advance sci fi stuff, lots of action, realistic textures and animations, and field of view and angle of view.

Easy to use controls and lots of movement options, running jumping, taking cover, punching, every day interactions etc.

 

Most of all, realistic stories with a LOT LESS idealism!
