This is such a money grab.  As much as I love Mass Effect, I can't bring myself to purchase content I've already bought.  I have every DLC and bought ME1 from PSN, I would prefer they put all that energy of remastering and retooling graphics into the building of a new game or fixing ME3 MP's major bugs (for free).  Bioware will make a killing on the next game, so building loyalty couldn't hurt, giving back to those who will spread the game on to yet more people. The more you give, the more you get.

 

Why should they do it for free? No other company is... I'll happily pay full price for a remastered trilogy.

In a remastered version, that is the hope, yes.

BioWare had been asking for feedback on the matter, but nothing is as yet confirmed.
