Good one OP. I hope not. As I have said previously ,this is why I really hope we dont spend much, if any, time in Orlais. I fear we will see some over-the-top charactures for which I have no interest or patience.

We'd have to wait on the voice actors' listing for the game, before we know if John Cleese has been hired.
That said, recent Bioware games have had many direct references to past NPCs, so I don't see why not.
I'd only hope that if it does feature John Cleese's return; that they put in a line to reference the Spanish Inquisition.
