More than 10 spell bindable hotkeys. It was more of a problem in Origins. But even in DA][ I was still squeezed for space on my mage.

How many would you propose? 10 is quite a lot, I don't know of many other games that allow that.

As much as I hate to advocate an MMO when talking about Dragon Age, perhaps the keyboard/UI customization from WOW should be considered. Multiple rows of 10 (or 12) buttons. The first is just pressing the button (1 through =), the next is holding shift+button, then ctrl+button, etc. I highly doubt we would need that many, but still. It's a thought.

It seems unlikely we would see a UI for PC so drastically different from the console UI, no?

1) Used-items limit (5-6 for one character)
2) Health should not restore between fights.
3) Much more powerful magic, but slow mana regeneration and long cast - time
4) Enemies must use a more abilities. The enemies must have are not big HP and low resistances, but have BiG damage.
5) Maximum realism in animation and mechanical abilities(for W. and R.)
6) Any weapon - any class, but penalty
7) Very very strong deepening role system

Yes, please keep the show/hide helmet thing. If they don't have it, I'll just go without and have my head be vulnerable, which I would prefer not to do...

What I would really like them to add/change is the camera system. I would like free zoom so I can go pretty far away from my character and see more of the action without resorting to the isometric view (which DA2 didn't even have).

1  Game difficulty above Nightmare

Isn't that a bit like saying you want an amp that goes up to eleven?

As for options that I want: friendly fire being a separate toggle, rather than tied in with difficulty in DA2 (I'd prefer friendly fire to just be there, but this might be difficult for console players).

Good point, but I imagine Dagr88 is saying he wants to see a Nightmare difficulty that is more challenging than Nightmare in DA:O and DA2.

The combat in DA:O Nightmare mode was not very challenging IMO, as you could spam cheap healing potions to get through any battle. I found DA2 combat on this setting to be significantly more challenging, as potions had longer cooldowns and there were some enemies that could stealth and steal your potions or backstab you, etc., which I would hope to see in DA3 as well. I died and reloaded a lot more in DA2.

However, I found the "Insanity" difficulty setting incorporated in ME2 and ME3 to be much more challenging than either Dragon Age game. There are some areas I could not even beat despite dying and reloading dozens times, and had to drop down to a lower setting.

BioWare has always had a problem with game difficulty from my experience playing their games, I have never found their hard difficulties to be hard, just a grind and I rather the game be easier then repeating the grind that was found in Mass Effect 1.

Only one thing i wish for gameplay option...that is the option to turn off special effects in battle..such as buff special effect, magic casting special effects...it is all hurt my eyes

I use mod in DA:O to remove the buff VFX on characters and weapons

Buff in DA2 makes the characters engulf in it

And without such special effects, the game look more realistic
