Anyway, if you dont get your pack, just go to the very top of the forum where it says "Commendation Pack Help"
Click it, and open a support ticket

you didnt read then it then I did get the packs but the new gun didnt come with it

I think OP is talking about the Argus riffle that was announced with the Patriot operation.
csmokey, you don't earn that weapon by completing the Patriot operation. Argus will drop on store packs (it's a rare weapon, so expect to find it in SP and PSP packs mostly). But by the way, this weapon was available a few days before the operation. Bioware just announced it later.
But you're not loosing anything special, rest assured
