Romancing family members is not a brave new frontier we intend to embark upon-- even if you think her model is hawt.
And bringing Bethany back solely so you can finally romance your sister from another game-- err... yeah. There are layers there I'm just not going to peel away.
Not going to happen. I disagree so much with the concept I'm going to say this has nothing to do with DA3 and shut it down.
