 I am curious if it is pretty much confirmed to be for the current consoles like the Xbox 360 and if so will it have an import option. The reason I am so eager to know is if it isn't gonna be for the 360 I don't want to get hyped up since I won't be able to get it cause I can't afford a new console

No word yet which is quite telling in and of itself. If it is for current consoles they could simply say so. If it will be released on consoles we don't know about yet, they aren't allowed to steal Microsoft and Sony's thunder. My money is on next-gen hardware.

I think the new consoles are coming out in 2014 that is why I don't think it will be next gen consoles

If you had asked 'can someone..?' I'd have said yes, as it's within the ability of someone from BioWare to tell you.

The new consoles haven't even been announced yet, & nor will they until at least two years from now.

If the game is due next year I very much doubt it will be for the nextgen consoles.
I play on PC so IF they did bring it out on nextgen consoles that are unlikely to be announced this year/early next year and put on sale next year... I'm fine.

Huh? Bioware has been working on Da3 for 2 years, it's highly unlikely it's going to be released primarily (if) on next gen consoles anyway.Anyways the Op is asking for a import delete option on the xbox 360 which is sorely needed.
