I dont know when it happened but after
I have updateed windows live and messenger or after I got google redirect virus and I ran antimalware products
everytime I run Da origins after the title screen I cannot log in or use the downloadable content sceen as
when I log in the pc says i am not connected to internet or even if I somehow log in I canno lod the dlc modules..
and when I exit from the title screen I see the window saying daupdatersvc.Service stopped workiong and
I have no clue how to fix it.
I may have deleted something important when I was tryinhg to get rid of the virus or something
I have reinstalled the game and it did not fix the problem
can somebody help me about this issue?

I think most of the solution there wont help me as I think the problem is not
about the game file and the problme lies in something about my windows file or internet connection setting occasionally during my IE use I get notification of windows card space stopped working my final resort is to use gateway recovery which will reset all my setting but I want to try it last as my installation limit for mass effect is over.
