When treehouse announced an EU region store I was very happy because if my orders are shipped from an location inside EU I don't have to pay import taxes and customs.
But every time I order something and choose EU as location I still gets an US tracking number and gets to pay taxes and customs because it's from the US and the higher price of the "EU products" makes the end costs much higher...
So what is the point with the EU store if the products still are shipped from the US? <_<
EU region and shipping?

The recent Mako litho that I ordered from the EU-store was shipped from the UK.
So they certainly ship from Europe.

My Mako was shipped from the US. But it's maybe because I also ordered the Liara screenprint?
But they should not list things in the EU store if they can't ship it from there...
Edit: My Attack Europe and Prothean Battle was also shipped from the US.

I assume you paid in euros? If so you should probably contact support since something must've gone wrong.

Samething here, I bought but the Mako and the screenprint and they are being shipped from the US.
I have a feeling that this will end with a lot of trouble with taxes and trying to fix it.

I've also been stung by the ordering from EU store and shipped from US. Ended up costing more.

Got my package today without any trouble as they declared the value as 1$ on the customs declaration, so I guess everyone should be safe this time at least.

I also got my package today, also got the 1$ declared value, it works for me but it maybe not 100% correct way. I know many companies refuse to lower the declared value on an item, probably have to do with insurances.
