How have people not picked up on the fact that FBWGP is an inferior farming mechanism?

He's on 360 and PC. He also has several videos for platinum to help with general tactics and gameplay.

better to save your rockets for waves 5,8,9 and the objectives. The first few waves are easier.

Thanks guys. I guess I'll checkout these films on Glacier/P and those speed run vids. I really dont want to farm anymore. Been doing very well with U/U/G. I used to have to farm for gels after some poor U/U/G runs but now I'm much more consistent.

But yeah 12-13 mins is insane. I just want to learn how this is done properly. I've been doing it wrong.

But really I hope I dont have to farm anymore. I enjoy U/U/G

PUGs. I also leave when people missile glitch. 


We also finish the match not suicide at round 10.
With good people it took around 11 min on glacier with suicides.

Hey, if you find it fun, do it. That's what games are all about. Right now I just wanna get up to Platinum because I'm noticing a serious decline in player skill in Gold difficulty ever since Platinum launched. If I had to count every time I had to solo a wave because someone couldn't waste a single Gel...

This^

5,8,9 3 spawns each = 9 rockets. that gives 11 other rockets to sue on objectives if need be

wave 7 is done from the room of shame

I'm being an elitist.   :P  We had PUGs cause games to push into the 25 minute range that normally take less than 15.  

Geth are actually easier than Cerberus on gold.   Platinum Cerberus is easier.  Destroyer is too slow.  GIs with an arc grenader as support is the best in my opinion.

Thing is though, I like to use my Turians on Gold, so when Geth pop up it's like "NOOOOOOOOOOO". Then I run out of Gels (I have the 6 cap, like most people at this point), and I hardly have any as it is. Sufficed to say... I HATE GETH.

Off topic but does anyone have any tips for going into plat matches without anything besides GI, kroguards, or destoryers or the other easy elite classes?

Lately I would just play with my kroguard and stick outside that camping room at Glacier. Not too keen on the banshees going through walls.
