I think this was the most recent one.
I got the victory pack, so it knew I participated.

My first two matches, I was playing a Turian (soldier) and there was another Turian on my team.
I remember the victory condition being full extraction on any difficulty with two of the same (non-human) race on the team... so how could I have failed to get the credit for the personal level victory condition, but make it on the overall?
