i cant find out anywhere what the base penetration for the black widow is and is it the same for campaign and multiplayer or are they different???

I don't know why, but the number .25 m is coming to mind. All I am 100% of is that it is the lowest base penetration of all guns with natural penetration. That said, I would imagine they're the same between single and multiplayer, as I don't recall any updates changing that.

Yes it is 25 which equates to 25cm or 0.25m essentially.
Here is a list of the stats for SP weapons. Penetration numbers are the same in between SP and MP.
