what dead char from da2 will make a show in da3

A nack? They only brought back Anders (a reason given) and Leliana (a reason will be given according to David Gaider). I'm going to go with everyone dead in DA2 will stay dead barring bugs (Zevran)

must of missed the reason
leliana i killed looted her corpse
anders i did not kill just sent him packing with the templars *understandable that he is broght back since dao waking was not part of the import but to turn him in to the cry baby alistair ver really annoyed me
