So I was wondering if it was possible to edit or change squad mate appearence. Example: Turning Edi into Kelly Chambers, or Garrus into Captain Anderson. Or even putting the head of another squad mate on another's body (Example, Captain anderson's head over Vega's body) I think it'd make for an interesting playthrough. I have seen a few vids from ME 2 where people could turn squad mates into other squadmates, but never found instructions on how to do it.

Well, it was possible in ME1 and ME2, I think if you replace Edi's character model with Kelly's model it'll still be Edi's voice

Hopefully, someone will create a mod to switch James Vega's model with the krogan that should have been there

This video is the only thing for ME3 that I have seen.  No one can figure out how this was accomplished in ME3 yet, as far as I know. I would still like to know how this was done.  It is possible in the first two games, just not the third yet.

I think that was a glitch if I remember correctly. The person had edited their save file to have both ashley and kaiden alive.
