I got this game as a present on Xmas, I just opened it today, and there weren't any codes for the DLC, which says it should be included. I tried using some codes someone posted online, but it says they are invalid. What should I do... I don't want to pay 15 bucks for something that should be in the box.
Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
No DLC codes in my game!

oh dear, that is unfortunate, they said that it will be included for a certain amount of time, so if you got it for crimbo it may be too late, however i could be wrong and you should email someone official instead of asking the community.

Alex24R, take comfort in the fact that the codes provided with my game, and with the games of many other purchasers', don't work. I suppose I could email tech support, but the consumers shouldn't be the ones having to make the effort; the company ought to make the DLC free to download via PSN, or be proactive in explaining this debacle and providing a simple solution.

Oh man, so even people with codes are having trouble. I know EA/Bioware do this "DLC code" thing, so people who buy an used copy, still end up paying to the developers/publishers, but it seems to be affecting rightful costumers. My game case says that it includes the code for the Character and Quest, but if only "some" copies of the game have them, then it's false advertising.
I'll try to contact the customer support and see if they can help. Hopefully, you guys having troubles with the DLC get a fix soon!
