*Genuine curiosity* Where did you read that the Grey Wardens know the location of the prisons? I don't remember ever hearing that.
It was mentioned in the book "The Calling". If i remember correctly it was only the Warden-Commander of a nation that knew and the knowledge is passed onto their sucessor when they go on their Calling. Where the Wardens found such knowledge is not mentioned i think. Not sure though its been a while since i read it.
Also, my username and yours are quite

In the Silent Grove, Alistair tells Varric and Isabela to go to "Arl Teagan" to be paid. Which means Eamon has made the permanent move to Denerim where Eamon becomes Chancellor
Not necessarily. While it's possible Eamon may have become Chancellor, it's also possible that he left the Arling of Redcliffe to Teagan -- like the epilogue of Origins states -- or that he died.

Frankly I wouldn't trust leaving Anora alone with the throne if I were Alistair. She could have him presumed dead like Maric was and call him an impostor when he gets back.
I would imagine that he'd be sending missives to her, and Anora's not likely to do such a move like that. Not after all of Ferelden rejoices at their reigning together and she acts as a balancing agent for her.
He's lived a life of poverty -- or close to it -- for his whole life more or less. So he knows how to help other people that aren't well off. Anora's lived a rich life, and she knows how to keep the nobility in line and backing her.
I think she'd be a fool to throw out the one person who can help her keep the commoners happy by meeting with them, talking with them, helping them, etc. Anora is not going to be able to learn that from some book, and experience would take too long.

My larger point to these questions is with a larger development window, and a vastly more capable gaming engine, can we expect the best of both worlds and more combat (the deliberate nature of DA:O plus DA2's responsivenss and a splash of something new like context sensitivity), without extensive motion capture or will this be handled wholly with animation?

Also the Wardens decide which old god they slew by arguing about it until they settle on one. I'm not kidding.
Who knew Grey Wardens were all university academics.

Okay, first question; is that the ONLY difference between the spirits and demons? Their motivation? Or is there some kind of fundamental difference between the two? Basically what I want to know is whether demons are manipulative and kinda evil because they CHOOSE to be so to reach their goal (ie experience reality like a human) or were they "born" as is?
Now. Another thing that I've been wondering about. We've seen spirit possession and demon possession in the games. In demon possession the demon seems to be in complete control and their level of douchery seems undiminished despite them reaching their goal. I mean THEORETICALLY they could go have a happy human life now baking, like, cookies or somethin. But they keep wanting to take over stuff. Also their seems to be no "melding" of consciousnesses like we see with Justice and Anders. One of the inhabitants of the body is maybe more "dominant" at a time, like we see with Connor, but the demon and person seem to be clearly defined individuals. SO. My question here is; does the allowance of the person being possessed have a impact on the "type" of possession that takes place or is there, again, some fundamental difference between spirits and demons? Is it just an individual spirit/demons choice whether they want to meld or take complete control? OH! And why do some people turn into abominations and some don't?

2.What will we find if we keep sailing east from Amaranthine Ocean?
I wonder will we find a new Landmass in either case?
If yes they then its interesting to note no one has found it yet. Maybe its really far away.

I'm sorry but that's incorrect. The correct answer is: "You hit an invisible wall."

Who are the Grey Wardens who killed the Archdemons of the first four blights?
The First Blight was killed by a Grey Warden who wore the Sentinel Armor set. His/Her name is unknown though.
Corin slew the Archdemon of the Second Blight, Zazikel.
Garahel slew the Archdemon of the Fourth Blight, Andoral.
That's about all we know, so far.

It just seems like it would be ripe for storytelling and interaction. Maybe if you're a human he freaks out, maybe if you are an elf you would try to use him to learn about your past and rediscover your immortality, etc.

I mean, they were supposed to be immortal and the especially old ones went into long periods of sleep...
To which they would sometimes awake from, but would often die permanently. In that sleep, if they didn't awake their bodies would deteriorate.
Given how Uthenara stopped after the Imperium's conquest of Arlathan -- or a few centuries after, and that conquest happened one or two thousand years prior to Andraste's uprising -- I very much doubt it.
At most, we might be able to converse with the soul of one of the ancient Elves, like the ones we see in the Elven Tombs in the Brecilian Forest. Only, they won't be violent towards us -- though in that spirit's defense, she had good reason to be pissed.

- Since there was a question about map borders before: What lies west of the Tirashan (beyond the Hunterhorn Mountains) and east of the Amaranthine ocean?
- Are spirits aware of the Black City's existance/meaning? That is, do they avoid it on purpose or just because they instinctively feel they shouldn't get too close (like an innate sense of revulsion)?

Hey, BioWare guys...
I know the companions are getting this cool compromise with the armor. They all have their own iconic look which evolves as you place different (better) armor on them. Neat compromise.
Does the PC have an iconic look? Or will there be multiple meshes for leather, iron, steel, whatever plates and gloves and helms? Or will it just evolve like companion armor/look?
Just stirring the cyrotanks...
