Trying to solve the commendation pack issue via the help. It states the following:
This Origin account does not have an associated, active, Mass Effect 3 account.  I am playing mass effect 3 multiplayer with this account from the start. Send ea help email to resolve this issue...pending their reply

You guys have this issue?Any ways to solve this?
