Your favourite/worst places

For me i like the Deep roads, the twists and turns of the caves, The variety of enemies, the ancient, abandoned cities and the Darkspawn hq (apart from the broodmother cave, she just looks stupid and despite the nice storyline i personally feel she didn't belong in the game)
As for my least favourite i'm gonna say the Dalish camp. From the moment i set foot in that place i just flat out didn't like it there and its taken all of my energy not to unleash werewolf fury upon them every single time.

I liked the circle tower too apart from the fade

Now I don't mind the tower so much, but I'd still say my favourite place is Orzammar. I like the Dwarves; they're scheming, ruthless and hilarious.
I hate anywhere with spiders. Hate it when they jump down behind me.

I dislike the Brecillian Forest for the same reason - it feels far too small. Two maps. Barely feels like a wood. The temple feels far bigger. And the Wilds at Ostagar suffer this too, to an extent.
I also love the atmosphere of Ostagar.

Least favourite is probably the Circle Tower, Redcliffe, and the hidden dragon caverns for the Urn of Sacred Ashes. (The first two because I've seen them too much, the last one because I got my ass kicked by dragons more times than I care to remember, and all three because they're way too long--either quest-wise like the Fade sequence in the Circle or physically like that damn winding cliff path in Redcliffe that makes revisiting a pain or that mountain ruin/caverns that just never ended.)

Least favorite would be Orzammar and the blighted Deep Roads. Orzammar was a nightmare to navigate, having to zone 7-8 times to do the simplest quests, and after a few plays I wish someone had come up with a 'skip the deep roads' mod because at that point, shoving my head into live coals sounded more entertaining. I've never been able to get into the dwarven origin (either of them) and just hated everything about Orzammar from the quests to the choice of who to put on the throne.

I've just replayed the Brecillian forest and i'm still not fussed. I appreciate it for what it is and in general a welcome change of scenery but the quest is too short, the trees annoying, The hermit a total tosspot and the anticlimax of Zatherians sacrifice deeply unfilling.
I have changed my mind regarding the Dalish however, but i sincerely doubt i will try a Dalish playthrough again anytime soon.

But a guide to glance at in those labyrinths is a must, and here is such a guide

Worst place is the poisonous Spider Queen next to that dwarf Frick or whatever his name was,
my Arcane warrior is otherwise indestructible, but that frickin poison is the worst i ever saw,
and then to top it off i'm often overwhelmed too

I really like the town in general; I love doing the battle and all that.Plus I like the side quests.
I didn't know you could flirt with Teagan.
Dislike: The Deep Roads & Orzammar all together.
Ugh, Just Ugh....It takes too long and its boring.I use debug orz to skip right to Caridan.

UGH I put the wrong location, but yes, Teagan can be flirted with on a female warden (any origin) in the Chantry (not the tavern) where you first meet him. Once you get done speaking with him initially (and any time up to before you trigger the attack that night) you can go back and talk to him, ask him about what will happen after the fight, why he's not outside with the militia etc. The flirtation is triggered by asking him about his family (and he takes it to mean you're asking about his marital status). It's both sweet and funny. And his final line for every other origin (while completely awesome) pales in comparison for the mage one. It also alters his last line before following Isolde into the castle, making it a wistful little..."why didn't I meet you sooner?" kind of thing.
Teagan was the best thing about Redcliffe for me.

I have a hard time deciding whether I like the Brecilian Forest or the Circle Tower the best. Maybe also Ostagar? I love the environment of the Brecilian Forests and like the quests in this area. From all the areas, I think that his one makes me feel the most at home. I also like exploring the Circle Tower, which is a fascinating, beautifully designed place. I don't mind the Fade that much, although I don't exactly love it. I always take at least one different companion to see their nigthmare, so there's always something new to look forward to. Last time I took Sten and it was very interesting. Anyway, I also enjoy being in Ostagar because the view from the bridge is simply breathtaking. Which is the same reason I like the Mountain Top where we fight the High Dragon. Ostagar is also so fun to play through. Now that I think of it, The Gauntlet is an amazing place with it's puzzles. Eh, I can't possibly pick one.
I must say that my least favourite place are some parts of the Deep Roads. Not the Deep Roads as a whole, but some parts of it. I think it's because just remembering it makes me immediately think about slashing through darkspawn infested areas. There seem to be no end to them. I also generally dislike getting lost in the underground mazes. I don't exactly love the Ruins and the Werewolf Lair in the Brecilian Forest for similar reasons, although I don't dislike them nearly as much as I do the Deeps.

My favorite is Haven and the Ruined Temple. It's long enough without wearing out it's welcome, the puzzles add some nice variety to the gameplay without feeling tedious, The cool High Dragon bonus fight for a sidequest to make powerful armor, and you get to either see or ruin the remains of Dragon Age Jesus, with proper music accommodating both events.

Worst - deep roads. Fade for any repeated playthroughs, though it's interesting the first time around

My least favorite is the fade, but not for the usual reasons others give. Why do I like Dragon Age much better than Oblivion, even though graphics are comparable? Because of the party format! I didn't play Dragon Age to solo, if I was wanting to solo I would have played Oblivion...
Also I love the dragon/drake encounters as well. Dragon slaying is such a fun sport...
