How to edit single player campaign quest completion text

1. Open toolset

2. go to plots in the palette window.

3. open a plot

4. On the left a new window opens up

5. There will be a list of data in this new window. Start left clicking each field until journal text appears on the bottom.

6. It appears that plot items with "main" in the name contain the journal quest text entries.
