I am currently on the Namakli: Leviathan mission. I have just lowered the bridge and climbed up the ladder on the other side. From on top of the structure I walk over to the ladder on the opposite side. However, when I try to go down the ladder, Commander Shepherd freezes and will not slide down, leaving me unable to progress through the mission. How can I fix this problem? And yes, I already tried the Origin file repair tool.

reload a previus save and dont do the same thing again (or create a save just before you do) you will doubltles find multiple examples of position freezes as you go through the game, personally i found several dozen of them mostly related ot standing or moving in the wrong way (then again i found more in me2 that did the same thing) and no ammount of key mashing seems to fix the problem >>>
next time your doing the mission dont try ot use the ladder untill after the explosion

When using the ladder, approach while looking up and keep looking up while descending. Alternatively, switch to a lower resolution or play in window mode. If you play in window mode without borders at your native resolution, you won't even notice the game is running in a window.
