Not really. Like I said could be a lie. Most likely is or at least very close to it at the very best estimates for Bioware.
Also on a slightly unrelated note that signature is freakin great

Meh. They rode the milk wagon for a long while. Not really having to deal with much besides normal gamer rage at XYZ minor thing like this feature being removed or X gameplay mechanic that they didn't like.
So now they have widespread outrage and are fumbling the ball over and over again because they want to fall back on their usual Modus Operandi.
And this is one of the many reasons the gaming industry can't have nice things. Alot of them want to be considered professionals without actually being professionals.

Until you have any actual data to prove that the sales are not good for Leviathan, I will take his word over yours.

The fact that Bioware staff have endlessly lied to us these past couple of years, doesn't help the case either.

M8 even if he had data you'd swear blind it was false or "Doesn't prove anything".

-EA voted worst comp in the world...
-Two top dogs of Bioware "retiring" because of ME3 and SWTOR bad gamer reviews...
-Hate for the lack of devs connection to fans in the series is "still" on-going...
-People "still" want a different ending...
-Most of long time fans are gone...
Bioware lies.
However the long time fans ARE being replaced by newer fans to the series (PS3 owners and the like) that do NOT really care for a meaningful game that makes sense.

Pretty much this. Also how long has Leviathan been out for? A month. So it's already surpassed all other DLC in terms of sales? So it surpassed From Ashes, and LotSB? Two DLCs that have been out for 1/2 to 2 years?
Please.

"Largest selling DLC to date"
Somehow, I'm reminded of DA2 where everything was going so well right up until the last second
What do you mean?
Before the DA2 team admitted that the DLC sales for DA2 were abyssmal they continued to state how well everything was going, how much MORE was coming and how excited people were for new content.
Then two DLC's in, one cancelation and a Videogame pannel later we find out that DLC sales were damn near 1/5th or so of DA:O sales if I recall correctly And DA2's reception was warm and fuzzy by comparison
So when Chris says, despite absolutely everything pointing to the oposite, "biggest selling DLC to date" I'm more than a little skeptical.
A company, for any number of reasons won't come out and just flat out state "Yeah. Our **** isn't moving"
Weekes got his coat pulled for even SUGESTING they might sell poorly before Leviathan released. "Future content depends on the success of leviathan"
Then barely two days later a day or so before or after Levi released (don't recall) "Oh you don't have to worry about more content. We have lots planned and are working on it! Slip of the tongue:lol:." (Paraphrasing)
So yeah. I'm skeptical on the statement.
Also, though its nitpicking (I tend to do that) "Biggest Selling" could actually be Chris using word play. Which he's known to do in the past Biggest selling does not equal best. Could mean "BIGGEST" as in filesize.
I haven't downloaded Levi so I have no idea how big it is or how it compares to LotSB in size. But that could be a meaning *shrug* A nit pick as I said, but as I also said he's known to do it every now and again. (Usually did it to prank us rather than reassure people of the success of his company though)
You might just be over-analyzing this though.
Pre-release polls for Leviathan showed quite a bit of people who voted that they were planning to buy it.

What gives you the impression you have been a fan longer than me or that the long time fans are being replaced? I do not see myself being replaced because I still enjoy Bioware games yet I am a very long time fan. You don't have to believe what Bioware tells you but they would know more than other people here whether or not it did or did not sell well. So if they say it sold well, I am far more likely to believe them than you as example.

It is easier to huff and puff than provide actual data to prove did not sell very well as he claims.
So until that time provides it, I shall label it huff and puff.

Yep, you made youself look very silly. There is actual proof of those things which anyone has access too regarding what is factual and what is not. What the person I responded to does not have is any sales data to back up the claim it that DLC did not sell well.

Anyone would notice something odd about a person claiming that. The average yes-man may not have noticed, but his brain did.
