Early on Zevren came on hard (no suprise there) to my Dalish and I think I told him something like 'don't call me beautiful' since they seem kinda prudish, based on some Ghenna/Cammen dialogs, and now much later I'm still seeing no romace options. Did being a bit stand-offish to his lechery kill all chances of elven love?
My human noble was able to dump Zev so she could marry Alister and re-romance Zev back up to giving me the ring and a future of co-pulling Alister's kingly puppet strings, so I'm hoping romance options will eventually pop up. Anyone able to confirm?
Did I kill my chance at Zev romance?

I think if you ever give any indication that you don't like it when he flirts with you it puts you on the friends path. This is because the devs wanted to be extra sure that people weren't being freaked out by unwanted advances from him (since you get them if your character is male, too).
