A bird of prey. Nothing spells bad ass than having a Hawk or an Eagel prow on your arm.
Remember this guy?
They could also use the music of King Arthur. This would make DA3 epic.

Samething here. A small dragon pet would be nice and have a history behind it on how you aquired it.KENNY4753 wrote...

Here's the reasons why we should have a tame ghast:Zevais wrote...
1) They seem to be at least somewhat intelligent, so they offer at least some of the interactivity you had with a mabari. Granted, you can't really pet a ghast, but you could probably talk to it and have it respond.
2) They're good in a fight! Keep in mind that the ghasts go toe to toe with Hawke even when s/he's the Champion of Kirkwall. Their melee and ranged attacks HURT.
3) Depending on the type of ghast you have, they can use magic. Their brand of magic is really fascinating; they don't seem to be casting spells in the same way as mages, but actually channeling their magic through the dead.
4) They're adorable in a grotesque sort of way. There's good comedic potential to be had from a horrible little monster as a pet. Think Lilo and Stitch or Gremlins.
5) They don't bark constantly. They make noise, but hopefully they won't constantly make a racket when you're talking to someone.

The ghasts looked terrible. Like something fro ma cartoon copied and pasted into the game. No thanks.
So they can redesign a Elves, Darkspawn and Qunari, but there will never be a change to ghasts?

Mabari again. If not him then a war cat. One strapped down with armor and nine lives. It can be like an extra life in battle. He jumps in and commits the ultimate sacrifice for me when I'm low on health. But he doesn't actually die because it's a cat...and cats don't die.
Sten approves! See 3:06 for Sten's kitten training regimen.
