if bioware is able to put in the BF3 character then why cant they put in the collector rifle?

Because they haven't decided on a date to add it yet.

Because then there's no bonus for buying the Razer gear. This is sad, probably.

The collector, if they decide to release it to the public, won't be available until after December. Because on the cards that you obtain don't expire until that date. And even then it will probably be a promo weapon like the n7 weapons

The CAR requires buying expensive items in real life to upgrade and acquire. Releasing it for free would screw over those who spent a lot of money on them.
The BF3 Soldier was just a promotion. The CAR promotion is still going.

I mean, if you look at your Manifest, it's a gold card, but under the promotional section, just like the BF3 Soldier was. Also, the four weekend N7 guns are URs, so that's where everything will be once released.

I don't have any URs yet  but there's no Collector Rifle there. Maybe you mean the Particle Rifle? Btw, what do you mean by saying "once released"? Is it not yet?

Lol, the Collector Rifle is promotional, however its picture has a gold border; it looks exactly the same as anything in the Gold section. The BF3 soldier was like this until it was released, then they moved it into the gold section, but its card was always gold too.

Hmm, come to think of it, maybe you have to have it to see that it's gold... Here's a link to Banshee's Manifest, he has it.

So by "released" (in regards to BF3 soldier) you mean that everyone can have it, not just those who bought BF3? Cause I had it available from the get-go with ME3 MP.

Same, but as of a couple weeks ago, the BF3 soldier is the same as every other rare character
