Good day all,

I am wondering if it would be possible to add an offline mp mode to mass effect. So whenever you don't have connection to the internet for whatever reason you can still jump on mp and play in an offline mode. Where everything is the same like regular mp mode except that your friends can't join you nor can you make any credits or gain xp.

Possible?

no, everything is saved online.
however, soloing bronze private match would basically be the same thing.

I would really like an offline mode with credits and everything. I feel like I can't experiment online even in private matches.

Unless there is a way around it. Like you tell the game to go into offline mode (sorta like with steam or origin) and it temporary saves your mp information.

True, soloing bronze private match is a great way to test things out except that you currently need an internet connection

True, you need internet connection, you can not gain experience or credits for the multiplayer in offline because that would mean saving the data in your computer, meaning that you can change it, so no credits and no exp.
BUT, if it does not give you exp or credits should be fine! you can still try things with shepard in some maps...but not the same, shepard is way too powerfull.

well, anyway, +1 to the OP, i aprove c: .

So if they don't gain credits, or experience in the offline mode they shouldn't be able to adjust how much they have. Even if someone figures out a way there could be a check the next time your back online to see if the amount of credits you have before offline mode and after is different.

I believe I've read somewhere before that this was possible. Let me try and find the link again when I can.
