Hi the thing that is bothering on my 5th DAO playtrough is that the game has so many replay value but the early game replay value is bad and annoying. It's even worse in DA2.

DAO:

Don't get me wrong,I love origin stories and they are always fun and full of replay value, but the 2 things that i hate about Origins is going back to Ostagar and Lothering.I'm freaking tired every time i play the game again to replay Ostagar and Lothering, sure Ostagar is nice becouse people react to you differently every time you take a different origin and Lothering's quests have some replay value but still,If i quit my charather becouse i want to play a different class or origin or whatever the reason, I have to play trough this only repetetive part of the game that is so boring, everytime i make a new charather i have to play trough it,and everytime i bring a friend home to show him the game we usally end playing right about after Lothering or  Ostagar.I loved those 2 parts of the game on my 1st and 2nd playtrough, but after i've done the part more than 20 times its gets so boring,i keep hearing what i heard 10000000 times, everything happens the same way,so little choices especially in Ostagar. It's like a tutorial in lore and combat Origin-Ostagar-Lothering is like a tutorial, but if i'm replaying the game for the 5th time i don't want to go trough the tutorial that is almost 100% linelar(As I mentioned above I think Origin stories are great and full of replay value),

DA2:Don't get me started of how sick I am of the first  part of the game before i arrive to Kirkwall...

DAO was the best game I've ever played and DA2 was also great, but not as good as origins IMO,DAO had so much replay value but it didn't have replay value in Ostagar and Lothering,So I'm asking Bioware to make the first parts of DA III with more replay Value Thanks :)

The third anniversary of Origins release is next month. That's a long time to be playing the same story over and over again. I've probably started at least fifteen games in a two and a half year period myself. Finished about half of them to which canon wardens I wanted perfected to import into future games. Unfortuanately, there isn't really anthing to import from Origins to DA2, just from Origins to the expansion Awakenings, so replay value for Origins diminishes since its mostly irrelevant to DA2 and what seems to be the rest of the series.

I think if they could have stuck with the original mechanics of the first game and not try to retool the second, they could have put out a new game each year just by working on storylines. We could have been playing DA4 this fall or next year instead of waiting for the re-retooled DA3 next year. This would have given us continous stories, and hopefully better importation of player's choices and make the earlier games more replayable.
